MOVEMENT & MEDITATION
Our beginner friendly classes incorporate yoga postures, gentle movement, breath work, silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body.
WHAT TO WEAR
Stretchy, breathable, and comfortable clothing with non slip socks (optional).
HOW TO BOOK
Classes are booked online. Please select a time between 1:00 -11:00 PM on the preferred date. This will ensure your entry to our 6:25 PM class.
We encourage guests to leave their phones in the car or locker to fully experience the class & avoid interruption
ARRIVAL & REGISTRATION
Due to class size, an rsvp is highly recommended. All sessions can be reserved the same day on our website up to 10 minutes before the start of class.
Please arrive at the studio at least 5-10 minutes early to check in and prepare for class.
Your practice begins when you arrive at the studio space, so please remove your shoes and turn off your cell phone.our website up to 10 minutes before the start of class.
We ask that all late arrivals come into the session quietly. For your own safety and well-being, our doors close 15 minutes after the start time of class.
Sessions are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable or transferable to any other services at SPA ZCP. Any missed sessions will not run over with a weekly package
WHAT TO BRING
Yourself and non-slip socks (preference)
Pregnant Guests, we recommend that you bring a pillow for additional comfort or support.
AGE + HEALTH RESTRICTIONS
Ages 13+ are allowed in a session. Pregnant guests are welcome as well - all postures/ movements can be modified. If necessary please consult with a physician for clearance before booking a class.
