The recipient can book any appointment with this gift card.

2.

In the notes section of the appointment request, please reference the gift card and amount that will be used. 

3.

Once appointment is booked, gift card cannot be transferred to another appointment if canceled less than 48hrs. Gift card expires in 60 days from purchase.
