YOU CAN NOT BE SERVICED IF YOU HAVE A FEVER OR HAVE BEEN SICK IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS.
IF YOU HAVE TRAVELED ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA IN THE PASS TWO WEEKS, YOU WILL NOT BE SERVICED

How early should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to find parking, find our studio and fill out paper work
Will I be expected to disrobe for a spa treatment?
Above all, we want you to be comfortable. It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for their spa services, but you may wear undergarments if you wish. Your preferences will be respected.
What should I bring?
How do I prepare for my treatment?
If you are receiving a facial treatment, please do not exfoliate 2 days prior to treatment. If you are receiving a teeth whitening treatment please do not brush teeth 4 hours before treatment and bring both tooth brush and paste
May I use the spa if I'm pregnant?
Certainly. You will, however, want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat as well as chemical peels and back facials
Special health considerations?
Your health is important to us. If you are pregnant or have any allergies, physical ailments or disabilities please let us know so that we can help choose the best treatments for you. If you are undergoing any dermatologist prescribed skincare, facial waxing is not recommended at this time.
A card on file is required for cancellation/rescheduling policy purposes. We do not charge card on file at time of booking,
An invoice will be sent to your email after placing your appointment prompting you to pay deposit amount. A deposit must be paid in order to secure booking, failure to pay deposit will result in appointment cancellation. Deposit is credited towards your service and remaining balance can be paid Via cash or credit/debit card. Deposit is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
As a courtesy to other guests and to SPA ZCP Estheticians, we adhere to the following cancellation/rescheduling policy: If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
A fee of 50% of the value of service you have scheduled will be charged to your credit/ debit card should you change/cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Total service amount will be charged for No call/ no show and clients who cancel/ reschedule within 1 hour of appointment time.
Deposit amount is non-refundable nor transferable.
To reschedule on the same day of set appointment, a $20 fee is required to do so. You are allowed to reschedule only once for any other day.
All waxing services under $40 are paid in full at time of booking.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule (A brow appointment, upper lip, chin, or underarm wax) you must do so 24 hours in advanced of scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in lost of deposit amount and will require another appointment to be placed.
A late arrival resulting in a delayed start of your scheduled service will reduce the length of your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.
A Fee of $20 will be added to remaining balance if you are more than 15 minutes late to scheduled appointment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not inconvenienced. The full value of your treatment will still be charged (Facial, Vajacial, lash lift + Teeth whitening services only I Any waxing services will be cancelled after 7 mins due to duration of services)
